Of course. You can return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. We ONLY accept returned items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. If you have already opened the original packaging, kindly include it with the item and place both in a new shipping envelope or box when returning.
Please return the item to our designated return center using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll be happy to issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you’ve received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact our support team via support@tossstudio.com within 3 days of receipt.
Once we confirm the defects in quality, TOSS is more than happy to refund you the purchase price, shipping costs for returning the item, any duty or taxes charged and the original shipping charges.
Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method. We appreciate your patience during this time.
To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Toss is not able to issue refunds for items that are lost in transit and not received at our facility.
